Return Policy

You have the right to return the product you purchased within fourteen (14) calendar days by selecting another product or requesting a refund. In both cases the return costs are borne by the customer.

Please note that for the request for return or replacement of a product to be accepted, the following cumulative conditions must be met:

The product must be returned in its original condition and original packaging with all original accompanying documents.

Returns are made only with the courier company Elta Courier while the packaging of the shipment of the returned product must be safe so as not to cause any damage during transport. In case of loss or destruction of the product during the transport of the return, our company bears no responsibility.

Returns that do not meet the above conditions are not accepted. Change of already changed products is not allowed.

In case the order has been executed incorrectly by us, such as sending a defective product or damaged packaging or a different product from the one in your order, then you are entitled to repair or replace the product at no cost to you.

Finally, in case of product return, your refund will be completed within fifteen (15) calendar days from the receipt of the product, after deducting from the amount that will be deposited in your account the shipping and return costs of your order.
