This website is an online store for the sale of products via the Internet (hereinafter referred to as “www. hugkids. gr “) of the Company under the name “Kounaki Virginia, Children’s clothing” and distinctive title  “HUGS” (TIN:  048181803, Tax Office XIOY) based at E. Argenti 5, Chios.

These Terms of Use formulate in a clear and understandable way the terms that govern and regulate the relations of the Company with each visitor and / or customer of www. hugkids. gr, in accordance with Law 2251/1994 on “Consumer Protection” and Law 2472/1997 on “Protection of individuals with regard to the processing of Personal Data”, as currently in force.

These Terms of Use, conditions and purchase rules govern www. hugkids. gr, apply exclusively to it and do not govern in any way the operation of affiliated companies or stores.

MARKET POLICY

General conditions

The www. hugkids. gr serves customers within Greece. Shipments outside Greece can only be executed upon special agreement.

At www. hugkids. gr available  for on-line purchases are only those products that bear the specific indication. The features and other accompanying elements of the products sold are available and you can find out about them by following the search instructions listed on www. hugkids. gr and  selecting (click) in the name of the respective product. The rest of the products are an update of the Company and can be ordered only upon special arrangement and if available.

Orders are placed at www. hugkids. gr are subject to the approval of the Company. The acceptance of the order by the Company  is given by sending a relevant email. The Company reserves the right to refuse to process an order in case of unavailability or removal of products.

The information contained in this website and in these Terms of Use does not constitute a sales proposal, but an invitation for information. It will not be considered that a contract has been drawn up in respect of any products, unless your order is expressly accepted by the Company.

The price of each product is the one listed on our website, next to each product and includes VAT. These prices refer to the products and quantities that are available in the Company’s warehouse.

The Company reserves the right to change, without notice, the available items, their prices, shipping charges, as well as the way www. hugkids. gr. For this reason, it is recommended that you be informed about its terms of use each time you use this website.

Placing an order

The submission of an order for Products constitutes a binding proposal to purchase such Products at the total price indicated at the time of placing the order, as this includes VAT, packaging and shipping costs, other applicable charges and any discounts to which you are entitled as a visiting customer. Your order is completed with its acceptance by the Company by sending a written confirmation email to you at the email address you indicated when submitting the said order. In case you do not receive a confirmation message of your order, please contact www  immediately. hugkids. gr at hugskidsstore@outlook. com. gr in order to request that the submission of your order be successfully completed.

All names, images and trademarks used by the Company are registered or used with the permission of the owner.

Intellectual property is acquired without any formality and without the need for a clause prohibiting its infringements. The www. hugkids. gr and  its content (including all trademarks, distinctive features, patents, trade names, texts, images, graphics, designs, photographs, programs, information material of any form, data, software) is the intellectual property of the Company and is subject to protection of the relevant provisions of Greek, Community and international law. The use of: model names,  collections, products, services, the company’s name and all emblems belonging to the Company.

The content of www. hugkuds. gr does not constitute and in no way should be construed as granting an express or implied license or right to use, any Trademark appearing on it without the written permission of the Company or third parties who may own the Trademarks appearing on it. Trademarks, logos, distinctive features appear on www. hugkids. gr and depictions of persons or places or things that are part of its content, are the property of the Company or third parties. Their use is strictly prohibited without obtaining prior written permission from the Company, unless otherwise provided in the applicable terms of use.   

Products, services, name, trademarks or distinctive features of third parties appearing on www. hugkids. gr, are the intellectual and industrial property of third parties, who bear the relevant responsibility.

For any dispute arising from the use of www. hugkids. gr, jurisdiction lies with the competent courts of Chios.
